Product: 75 mm Hebel Commercial Double Steel Reinforced Mesh Panels – 4200 mm (H)
Description: Due to limited access, restricted material storage, and the inability to install scaffolding on one side of this commercial façade, Preformed developed a specialised installation solution.
A detailed plan allowed for the safe installation of Hebel panels up to 4.2 metres high, using cranes operating in tandem to position each panel precisely into place.

Description: Preformed was engaged to supply and install a Hebel boundary wall where access restrictions prevented scaffolding setup. The neighbouring property denied boundary access, so the team used a rail system with a boom lift, installing safely above the boundary line.
This method ensured completion, saved on scaffolding costs across the entire perimeter, and removed the need for the builder to pursue legal access pathways for scaffold erection.

Description: This project involved the application of 75 mm Hebel AAC external wall panels to the laneway walls of a dual-occupancy development in Toorak.
Working within laneway permit hours (9 am – 3 pm), scaffolding wasn’t an option. Using a mobile crane truck and scissor lift, Preformed completed the works safely and efficiently, maintaining access for emergency vehicles.
An architectural 200 mm × 100 mm aluminium C-channel was also installed to finish the façade detailing.
